The Village Hall has a 'new hat'. The whole rear of the roof and the ridge have been re-thatched. Hopefully it will keep the hall warm and dry for many more years. The front of the hall and ridge line were thatched in 2013. See photographs in the Gallery section.

We now have a brand new kitchen. The ceiling is now a suspended ceiling with LED light panels and all new cupboards, wall units and work surfaces, In addition there is a microwave and new oven and hob. Although it is has been refurbished it should be noted that it is intended for food heating and preparation rather than serious cooking.

Happy New Year to all our users. Please note that a couple of our rates have changed for 2019 but most still stay the same and remain excellent value for Village or Community activities.
